If you would like to begin a journey to health, embark on your meditation practice with your own personal mantra. I will teach you Primordial Sound Meditation, using a mantra based on your birth date, time, and location you will learn the sound the universe was making the moment of your birth! Returning you to your own awareness that lies within you, like a coming home, you will be amazed how effective your primordial sound can be. We will have two 1-hour sessions online via Zoom, divided into 2 days:
Session 1:  Introduction to Primordial Sound Meditation, Receive Your Personal Mantra (includes a 15 min. meditation)
Session 2:  Perfecting Your Practice, Higher States of Consciousness
