I teach yoga incrementally, step-by-step. You don't just start riding a bike or driving a car, you have to learn from the beginning and build up to that point - yoga is no different. If you have areas that are too tight and inflexible, areas that are weak, areas that are misaligned yoga can help. We will start with an intake form to understand where you are at today in your physical condition and where you would like to be in 2 months.
For private one-on-one instruction, I will develop custom yoga sequences based on your needs and interests. We will work together to make sure you feel comfortable and progress at a safe pace. I also offer semi-private instruction if you want to gather 1-3 other friends. My group classes are open to the public and require pre-registration.  All classes are offered on Zoom and include technical support to get you set up beforehand to check your camera and lighting so that I can see you during class as I check your alignment for the upmost safety in mind. I offer a free phone consultation and the first yoga class is free!

Online Yoga Classes via Zoom
1 Hour Private:  $50
Series of Privates:  6 for $270, 10 for $400
Semi-Private (2-4 people): $10 per person
Group Class:  $20 drop-in
Group Class Packages:  10 classes for $120, 4 classes $60
